THE SPARKLE OF THE REEF

A maritime work of art made of glass fresh from the reef in your home: the pretty SPARX SMALL fish sculpture brings good humour and the flair of tropical coasts into your home. Made from high-quality glass, this object measures 10 centimeters in size. In contrast to its striped counterpart SNIPPY, SPARX proudly displays the sparkle of the sea on its scales. You can get SPARX SMALL in five different base colors, upon which the glass fishes cheerfully exhibit their yellow splashes of glass.

Decorative glass sculpture and paperweight

Between impersonal desk utensils, papers and next to your computer, this harmoniously and ingeniously created art object stands out friendly. Besides its cheerful demeanor, the glass fish is also highly practical and helps organize scattered letters and papers.

Complete your maritime ensemble

Our fish sculptures are ideal for complementing other design objects. Kombinieren Sie SPARX mit seinen Brüdern SNIPPY SMALL, SNIPPY TALL und SNIPPY QUEEN und erschaffen Sie ein fröhliches Ensemble auf Fensterbänken, Tischen oder in Regalen und Vitrinen. These amusing fishes also come into their own between flowers or plants.

SPARX SMALL MAKES AN IDEAL GIFT

The colourful, high-quality and stylish design of this enchanting fish makes it the ideal gift idea. This likeable little work of art is guaranteed to go down well. What’s more, you won’t have to worry about other gift ideas in the future: Anyone who has a SPARX or SNIPPY will want more!

A Fusion of Tradition, Craftsmanship and Innovation

Exclusive glass art from the Borowski glass factory

Each object shown here reflects the craftsmanship of our glassmakers. What appears lighthearted, playful, and full of color is in fact created through a demanding and often physically challenging production process. Today, only a small number of people and glass studios worldwide still master the traditional art of glassmaking.

At the Borowski Glass Studio, nearly all known techniques of hot and cold glassworking can be applied. This exceptional range of possibilities allows our artists to continuously develop new ideas and bring even highly ambitious, experimental visions to life in glass.

The brothers Stani-Jan, Wiktor, and Pawel Borowski learned to work with the blowpipe and molten glass from the ground up. While Wiktor primarily oversees sales, Pawel and Stani-Jan still work daily at the furnace in the glass studio themselves.

As each object is mouth-blown and traditionally handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, and size are unavoidable. Small air inclusions in the glass are characteristic features of genuine handcrafted studio glass and should not be regarded as flaws, but rather as signs of its individual production process.

Studio Line

STUDIO LINE

More than a work of art ...

The objects in the STUDIO LINE collection transport the unmistakable artistic features and qualities of Borowski production into daily life. But they do not want to be satisfied with pure art at all: They are also candlesticks, fruit bowls, vases or paperweights.

They represent the vibrant, open art concept that is so typical for the work of the Borowski brothers. It goes without saying that each object from the STUDIO LINE is an individual piece and has been handmade with a great deal of love and attention to detail.
