FROGGY brings a touch of fairy-tale magic into the garden. With his crown he recalls the famous Frog Prince – but one you’d much rather leave just the way he is. Kissing strictly forbidden! After all, it would be a shame if this cheerful fellow turned into a dull prince. Just as he is, he enchants with humor, color, and light.

A labor of love

Behind FROGGY’s round body lies the finest glassmaking artistry. In traditional handcraft, the heavy, glowing glass mass is turned at the blowpipe while a contrasting glass thread is carefully wrapped around it. Every step demands precision and physical effort – and yet FROGGY appears in the end so cheerful and lighthearted, as if he had playfully hopped out of the glass.

Every frog is different

The contrasting stripe not only emphasizes FROGGY’s stately girth but also highlights his individuality. Each line falls a little differently – making every piece a unique character of its own.

FROGGY – the modern Frog Prince

By nature, FROGGY feels especially at home near water. At the edge of a pond or beside a fountain he is in his element. As a modern frog, he also enjoys the luxury of sitting elegantly by the pool – though he doesn’t need cocktails to shine atmospherically at night. He even shows off his charm on the mini-golf course. And nestled among ferns or colorful flowers, FROGGY adds a radiant accent that casts a spell over his surroundings.

A companion for all seasons

Rain and wet conditions are, of course, no problem for a frog – and FROGGY is no exception. Even ice and snow cannot harm him. And while his living relatives prefer the shade in blazing sunshine, FROGGY continues to shine reliably even in the full sun. A faithful light companion throughout the year.

Every outdoor space is enhanced by light – it creates a sense of safety and adds a special atmosphere.

Our light objects are designed as outdoor sculptures and easily withstand the effects of wind and weather all year round. Of course, they can also be used indoors.

Add a touch of enchantment to your favorite spot in the garden or on your balcony! Whether as a cheerful eye-catcher among your flower beds, a striking art piece on the lawn, or playfully placed in a tree or on your house wall – there are no limits to your creativity. In summer, they invite you to linger with their ambient glow. In winter, they defy frost and darkness, bringing cheer with their vibrant colors and warm light.

The light objects come with a 6-meter outdoor cable.

A Fusion of Tradition, Craftsmanship and Innovation

Exclusive glass art from the Borowski glass factory

Each object shown here reflects the craftsmanship of our glassmakers. What appears lighthearted, playful, and full of color is in fact created through a demanding and often physically challenging production process. Today, only a small number of people and glass studios worldwide still master the traditional art of glassmaking.

At the Borowski Glass Studio, nearly all known techniques of hot and cold glassworking can be applied. This exceptional range of possibilities allows our artists to continuously develop new ideas and bring even highly ambitious, experimental visions to life in glass.

The brothers Stani-Jan, Wiktor, and Pawel Borowski learned to work with the blowpipe and molten glass from the ground up. While Wiktor primarily oversees sales, Pawel and Stani-Jan still work daily at the furnace in the glass studio themselves.

As each object is mouth-blown and traditionally handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, and size are unavoidable. Small air inclusions in the glass are characteristic features of genuine handcrafted studio glass and should not be regarded as flaws, but rather as signs of its individual production process.

The friendly figures and characters of the OUTDOOR OBJECTS ensure “fabulous” encounters in gardens and parks – in the true sense of the word. As if from another world chameleons, birds, armadillos, and all sorts of creatures appear – bringing a little piece of their world into our own. The OUTDOOR OBJECTS create a wonderful link to their environment – inviting their owners to smile, dream and linger. These highly individual, happy visitors will enliven your garden or balcony and give your favourite spot a very special magic.

The OUTDOOR OBJECTS are weatherproof and can stand outside all year long. All these art objects are handmade and hand blown with the utmost care.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When fastening your object, you should make sure that it stands securely and does not wibble or tip over, even in wind or knocks. Use the mounting eyelets we provide for this purpose. Position your object so that it is safe from falling rocks or braking branches. Keep in mind that the objects are very heavy due to their quality and protruding parts (e.g. beaks, eyes, ears, tails, crowns) are not suitable as handles.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs and import fees for which the buyer is responsible.

Delivery times:

The goods will be dispatched after confirmed receipt of payment.
Delivery times are 2-3 working days, 2-3 weeks or 4-6 weeks depending on the product and stock. Please refer to the information on the respective product page for the delivery time.

Deliveries outside the EU may be delayed by customs.

Shipping methods:

  1. By DHL: one or more small objects will be sent to you in one package by DHL.
  2. You can get larger objects by shipping agency. They will contact you to arrange an appointment.

We attach great importance to the packaging and transport security of our glass art works. Nevertheless, please check the delivery upon receipt for any transport damage and let us know immediately!
