Delivery areas:
Delivery is to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping costs:
Shipping to the specified regions is free of charge! Please note the exceptions for freight deliveries to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
The Canary Islands are not part of the VAT area of the EU. There is therefore no VAT on orders from the Canary Islands. However, there are local duty and tax rates that are the buyer’s responsibility. Before completing an order, please find out about any applicable duties and fees.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Freight shipping to the Canary Islands & Balearic Islands:
Due to the special freight charges to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to these destinations in all cases – it depends on the volume and weight of the shipment. This applies in particular to larger pieces from our OUTDOOR OBJECTS collection. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with a personalized shipping quote. Delivery times:
The goods will be dispatched after confirmed receipt of payment.
Delivery times are 2-3 working days, 2-3 weeks or 4-6 weeks depending on the product and stock. Please refer to the information on the respective product page for the delivery time.
Deliveries outside the EU may be delayed by customs.
Shipping methods:
- By DHL: one or more small objects will be sent to you in one package by DHL.
- You can get larger objects by shipping agency. They will contact you to arrange an appointment.
We attach great importance to the packaging and transport security of our glass art works. Nevertheless, please check the delivery upon receipt for any transport damage and let us know immediately!
Return shipment
We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. For returns from Germany, we cover the shipping costs. For returns from other countries, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping fees. Please note that the original packaging in which the product was delivered must be used for the return. This ensures that your return arrives safely with us.
