Bird of paradise with character
BIG GONZO is a handmade light object that can be left outside all year round. He is slimmer and taller than his brothers FAT GONZO and GONZO. Like most Borowski OUTDOOR OBJECTS, BIG GONZO appears as if from another world. With its upright posture, it radiates a certain dignity, and the googly eyes also give it a somewhat jokey touch. All in all, he is simply a very charming companion who makes you smile. Since ice and snow cannot damage it, it has the pleasant ability, especially in the cold season, to simply shine away dreariness and boredom.

We lovingly named him GONZO and over the years there have been more and more. The mischievous looking fantasy birds made of glass have become one of the crowd favourites at Borowski exhibitions. On very rare occasions, BIG GONZO special editions also gather around the rock and settle down for a short time. Their distinctive "wild stripe" plumage makes them easy to spot among the year-round birds.

The GONZO rock
Numerous gonzos have settled on the rocks by the wildly romantic waterfall in the Gut Wintermühlenhof park in Königswinter. During our annual open-air summer exhibition, visitors are also allowed into the park, which is privately owned. Then the gonzos shine in the shade of the tall deciduous trees while curiously eyeing the passers-by.

If the light goes out on your GONZO light object: the steel feet can be unscrewed to change the bulb.
